SJU down 10 with 10 min left. Make no mistake this would be a BAD loss.

Simon on St John's yelling at his teammates, needs to stfu and play.

Johnnies need to drive to the hoop rather than take jump shots.

Former Syracuse star Stevie Thompson has 2 sons on Oregon State, who keep hitting shots.

10 to go, St John's down 8, with ball. The Beavers are obnoxious, and have gotten 2 techs in last 5 minutes.

Nova has 13 fouls, Tennessee has 12 fouls.

Villanova is just getting outplayed. Period.

Coming on the hells of a near loss to Western Kentucky, would be a tough loss for Nova and the league.

Not sure if you watched the game but Jamie Luecke is atrocious. 52 total foul calls in 40 minutes of play. If you were looking forward to watching X play a strong OOC opponent and Blueitt and Macura were on the bench for most of the first half, I’d imagine you’d be frustrated. And yes Nova’s bench did get thoroughly outplayed by the Voln starters. They need to do better if it happens in the future.
Go Nova!

This is a flawed team, a lot of flaws, but we found a way to hang around and win the game late.

5-0, I'll take it. Missouri, even without Porter, will still be a test. I really want to play WVU, their style of play, pressing, I think is a favorable matchup for our guards

2-1 being a runner up would be a great outcome for us. If we somehow won this tourny then that would be amazing! Though i'm not putting the cart before the horse. In the past we'd lose that game, glad to see these kids fight and scratch their way to a gritty win. Refs were calling it tight across the board and they adjusted late in the 2nd half and came away winners.

5...FIVE technical fouls in this game. Jeez refs, no one flew down to Orlando to see you blow your whistle.

Concur on all points.

We're gonna make a living turning over teams, too.
