Marquette and Creighton had some nice wins last night and get rewarded with tougher games today.

don't remember too many days where the league is projected to go 0 for the day. 2 very tough games.

The Marquette/Wichita game should be a good one. Will Marquette be able to stay out of foul trouble? Cal got killed by that yesterday- their 2 bigs fouled out in 32 minutes combined. Heldt and John can't have a repeat of the Purdue game- where they fouled out in 26 minutes combined.

Creighton/Baylor I guess 1st rematch of the tourney game a few years ago.

Many of my brethren whether in Omaha, KCMO, and the Bluejay diaspora, have bad memories and illnesses associated with Baylor from years ago in the Dance. I suffer no such lingering illness or infirmities.
Gotta do what we do (Jays) and let the chips fall where they may. I for one, have called for the win and taking the trophy home. Others have differing opinions.

this feels like a 2nd round NCAA tourney game almost. Marquette playing well I think- just shots aren't falling, and Wichita is getting the rebounds(+10 right now)

We aren't a top 25 team by any stretch of the imagination but our defense has improved this year. I think we look like a possible fringe tourney team if we continue to improve and Froling has any impact on our interior game come next semester. Good luck tonight CU.
