How many birds can you count?

I can't stand Macura, but I sure wish he played for my team :)

They were chanting sweet 16 because they beat X on a buzzer beater circus shot 2 years ago that kept X from going to elite 8 that year.

JP is one of the most entertaining players in college basketball. Had a great game last night and kept X in the game when Tre was forcing the action. The Kohl Center makes the Cintas Center look/sound like a church. All that being said, I wish he wouldn't intentionally antagonize opposing fans.

I was there last night and the Kohl Center was awesome. I’d say it was pretty close to a sellout. Was pretty surprised at the chants the student section was throwing out there. Multiple BS chants, calling JP an a-hole multiple times, and even a tiny d*** chant at the end. I’m certainly glad JP gave a little back to them at the end.

Dude middle right was quick on the draw with the double birds. Had those puppies cocked and ready to go.

LOL

There are quite a few "birds in the air," per that picture. I noticed during the telecast, Bill Raftery wasn't a fan of Macura's chomping or clapping antics.

I enjoy the stuff like that. It's a student section made up of 18 - 23 year olds chanting shit at 18 - 23 year old players. It's fun when there is some back and forth as long as it doesn't get too nasty or anything. If you want the buttoned up corporate responses without that stuff I don't know what about the amateur game is appealing to you. The emotion of it is what makes college basketball interesting, otherwise you're just watching worse basketball than the NBA.

Badger fans are some of the worse fans to come across, look at the twitter reactions to Diamond Stone and Tyler Herro if you want to see how delusional some of them are. Needless to say I loved the JP Macura Gator Chomp at the end, as did all the Marquette fans I was watching with.

The Badger fans clearly thought JP was #1. He was having fun. Both Trevon and Marcus Foster were shushing opposing Big crowds after late dagger 3's. When you dish it out, you have to be able to take it!
