As annoying as putting up a stinker at Rutgers was, especially due to the rivalry - this is a good reminder that upsets are common in cbb and it could have been a lot worse. If we had to take an OOC "bad loss" I'd rather it be @ a Kenpom top-100 B1G team than home against the team picked 6th in the southern Conference.

San Diego State downs Gonzaga.

San Diego State is an interesting case, have some nice wins (Gonzaga and Georgia) and some bad losses (Washington State and Cal at home who just lost to Portland State by 25). MWC is down, if they can avoid bad losses in conference, they might get an at-large but there are alot of bad teams in the conference. MWC will probably be a two bid league max.
