Marquette might need to bring down a little Cobra Kai on Tremont Waters. The guy has been unstoppable (31 pts).

thought for sure I'd see these 2-
Northern Iowa 61 SMU 58
Notre Dame 67 Wichita 66

Atlantis with an utterly bizarre day with 3/4 upsets.... Stinks for Nova obviously. While they get Tennessee and then NC State you have the "losers bracket" with Arizona vs SMU with the winner getting Purdue.

A10 with a dreaded 0 fer day. 0-5. The conference as a whole right now is 30-28. Will they get even 2 teams in the tourney this year? Oh and it's going to get worse- Big East should give them 2 more losses tomorrow and then Friday is another ugly looking day. it's as early for Team RPI as it was conference RPI- but right now the A10 has only 3 teams in the top 124. Compare that to like the MVC with 6 in the top 124.

UNI beats NC State, what a crappy draw for Nova.

WKU beats Purdue. Yikes, they looked like world beaters against Marquette, now lose to Tennessee and WKU.

Big day for the American. Grrr . . .

UConn beat previously undefeated Oregon.
SMU upset #2 Arizona.
UCF beat Big 10 opponent Nebraska.

PAC 12 AND Big 10 starting the season very underwhelming.

Who would have thought Purdue and Arizona would be playing in the last place game at Atlantis? Is it possible if Arizona loses to go from #2 to unranked in one week? I doubt that's ever happened before..

Playing it pretty fast and loose with "big day" aren't you? Previously, Oregon's best win was against mighty Ball State. Arizona has to win today to avoid an 0-3 showing in Atlantis, and don't forget the only reason SMU played Arizona in the loser's bracket was because SMU lost to MVC middler UNI the previous day. And when beating "Big 10 opponent" Nebraska is a "big day" for your conference, that's not a conference you want to be in.
