I don't know who picked St. John's to finish 9th, but I bet they wouldn't be willing to wager on it.

DePaul is going to "win" this poll, and I understand why. They've certainly got a lot to prove.
That said, I'm going to stand behind my statement from earlier this summer... this is the most-talented, deepest, best DePaul team in at least a decade.

Although the 5th year Maric guy who transferred to DePaul isn't close to being the best center in the Big East, the upgrade from 6'-7" Joe Hanel is enormous. So non-conference DePaul should fine due to Maric... no struggling vs SEMO nor Drake nor Robert Morris type teams.
