That is a great tournament---team will really enjoy themselves--- with a really strong field.

Yes it is. Butler finished 3rd in the 2014 Battle 4 Atlantis - including an upset of #5 UNC. So the Dawgs have fond memories of the Bahamas.

Coincidentally, their sole loss in that tournament was against Oklahoma, who they could very likely face again.

EDIT: Actually, half of the field (Butler, Florida, Oklahoma and Wisconsin) were all in this same tournament together in 2014. Kinda interesting.

I believe the NCAA rule is that you can't go back to a tournament for 4 years. So even if you love a tournament, and they love having you, you have to wait 4 years. So 2018 is the soonest that those teams can return.
By the same token, Mohegan/HOF loves having PC as they are barely 1 hour away and can push attendance like no one outside of Duke. PC played there in 2014, and will be back in 2018, the soonest they can return.
