That was old school B.E. basketball. I loved seeing Mullin having his guys back, I'm sure he remembers Ewing pushing him into the stands.

Nice job X, hopefully it's enough to get them in.

I think if they play well tomorrow even losing they should be ok. If they get blown out though, that could be it for them. They'll be one of the more interesting ones for sure to watch.

Don't get FS1 up here. Just had a look at highlights on youtube. That St. John's Georgetown game looked real entertaining; lots of dunks, close finish, and even a little scuffle. Pretty good opening game for BET.

i think Peak reacted to the Alibegovic foul the way he did because a few possessions earlier he had been hit hard going up for a layup, also by Alibegovic. Peak had been Georgetown's main offensive threat in mid 2nd, so i think the Johnnies were trying to take him out of his comfort zone.

Having said all that, i thought that was pretty entertaining. The Villanova game today should be jam-packed.

Attendance was solid - 14,830. That's nearly 3k more fans there than the first round matchups last year. It's easily the highest attended games we have had since our reorganization.

Huge crowd for first round games. The semi's had that in year one of the FS1 version of the Big East.
