Buckets are always hard to find early on in these noon starts. 0-4 for the Hoyas would not be a good look and their next game against St. John's doesn't look as easy as it once did.

It's the Desi and Angel show in Newark today. 23 first half points on 9-9 shooting (5-5 from 3) for Rodriguez and nearly a first half double-double (10 and 8) for Delgado. Billy Garrett Jr. also had a great half for DePaul, 13 pts on 5-6 shooting.

Seton Hall is good, but DePaul is really bad. I know that's not really news to anyone on this board. I am very much dreading our annual loss to them.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Butler has taken some bad shots in the last couple of minutes, which has allowed Georgetown to hang around. This should be an interesting ending.

EDIT: Right on cue, Butler takes another bad shot, and G'town nails a three to take a two-point lead.

Absolutely dominant performance by Seton Hall today, great to see. Also some nice rest for the regulars and great experience for the bench, who pretty much exclusively played the last 15 minutes. Not sure anyone was impressive enough to warrant expanding the rotation, but those minutes could be big if injuries or foul trouble forces anyone into a bigger role.

It's been better this game. But, Butler has helped them out with too much one-on-one play down the stretch.
