Up there for post of the year, and it's December 28. You can't not get pumped up for Big East Opening Day after listening to that song! Let's go. Wins for Nova, X, Creighton, and GTown.

think you can make a case that this is a must win game for Marquette. Can't count on many top 4 wins so home games against the 5-8 group are pretty close to must wins IMO.

Creighton's first two conference games against Seton Hall and Villanova are both officially sellouts of 18,000.

I wonder how they choose the lineup for FS1? Is it before the season? or based on season results? the quality of the matchup? Ratings? or what???

I mean... I guess Villanova draws a lot of viewers and so those the traditional teams (GT, Marquette)

Wanted to let everyone know that everyone should be able to watch this game on the FSGO app. Normally with the app it only allows you to view the game if your cable provider also carries the game, but for this game everyone should be able to watch no matter what cable provider you have. Here in Boston, Comcast doesn't have a FSN network so normally we have no way to watch the FSN games, even on the app. But for this game, which also happened for our game against URI, the game is available to watch even if your cable provider doesn't have the game. I know for the URI game, since most fans of both teams are in the northeast and almost no one in the northeast has FSN, the PC administration contacted FOX sports to get it on the app for everyone. So I assume the same thing happened for this game.

Also, if for some reason you can't find it on the app, we have a great website that shows all of the Friar games on video and has our local radio feed. The website is: http://friartv.blogspot.com

WTF! I started the thread. Why did my original post about match up's, networks and announcers get deleted?
