Yes, even without Lovett, the Johnnies had another outrageous night from behind the arc, shooting 15 for 31 (48.4%) on 3's. Ponds hit 9/13 and Mussini came off the bench to hit 7/9. They are now 4th nationally in 3-PT FG made.

The Johnnies have been on fire ever since Mussini hit the starting lineup. Mullin has to keep starting Lovett, Ponds & Mussini (white hot right now) even when Lovett returns. Might as well go out swinging

Seems like the bigs are still trying to find thier way. I wonder if Yakwe & Sima are adjusting to playing (at a high speed transition pace) with the addition of two high level guards in Ponds & Lovett?

My observation, but it looks like Ponds & Lovett play off bigs that can run the floor. Oh, Ponds is even better than I expected. New York kept a good one. Glad he stayed home.

With the way they shoot the three they will be able to pick up some good wins but at the same time with the way they rely on the 3 ball they will pick up some bad losses.

Well as long as we get through the OOC winning the games we're supposed to win from here out we'll be fine. No bad losses in conference for us.
