Know what these are? Number of posts from the top 10 (numerically) posters on this board.

I'll give you one guess at who has twice as many as any other poster.

Sad, really - especially since he doesn't really post during six months of the year.

I made the top 10! Don't know if I should celebrate or cry.

The big shocker was Bill Marsh, I had no idea he had posted that much.

I honestly don't know how he does it. I feel like I'm on here all the freakin' time, and he has 12 posts for every one of mine.

I actually joined the site before him too.

DudeA, solid stats. Here's what this tells me...
1. There is a power 6 in BB. No doubt that the BE is one of the top conferences.
2. We are uniquely positioned as the premier BB only college sports conference.
3. Our recruiting message is resonating.
4. We've found our niche. We may get a few 5 star players (Ellenson, Brunson, Spellman, etc) but our bread and butter are 4 star guys who stick around 3 or more years. We keep getting those guys and developing them we can compete against anyone including U.K., KU and Duke.
5. Everyone (sans DePaul) is getting in on it. I was worried about CU being able to bring in talent. I was worried about if SHU, PC and SJU could take a step up in this new conference. I'm not worried anymore.

Honestly if G'town and Marq can get anywhere near where they were 5-6 years ago this conf is going to be downright scary.

it'll be interesting to see I think next years recruiting class. I think this years class got helped to at least some degree by Nova's title run. I think the fuller impact of that may get felt next year. I mean, even by April, the recruiting process is pretty far along. Maybe not in actual commitments, but rather than just that initial contact phase, which for a lot of the players can mean a whole lot.

The other thing that will be fascinating to watch will be the NBA quite frankly. Do they change their rules with the CBA with regards to the draft? If so, does that impact the one and done's at all?

well as of right now- 18/top 24 players still left unsigned, but after that- only 7/26 top 50 unsigned, 4 of the 51-100 unsigned, and 3/35 of the rest of the 4 star guys unsigned.

and looking- 6 of the top 50 will announce today. Another 2 on Monday/Tuesday next week.

So team ratings will start to really flesh out after those guys sign....

right now-
Xavier 6
Butler 12
Nova 31
Creighton 39
Georgetown 44
Marquette 45
Providence 47
DePaul 62
Seton Hall 75
St John's 79

will be interesting to see how different this looks come next Tuesday. Or even tonight.

5 star SF Brian Tugs Bowen will be starting his official visit to Creighton today.
