Well just went on the College Sports Madness site- and they've started their previews. It's timed where #1 will be revealed on opening day (Nov 11 this year). Right now they're up to #140, so believe it or not, 20 weeks from today is opening day.

so far- only 1 major conference revealed-
Big Ten- Illinois is #144. #12 in the Big Ten.

Also of note from the initial reveals- Indiana St was #140. Think they are an OOC opponent for a Big East school if memory serves me right.

amazing to think only 11 1/2 weeks ago we had the shot from Nova heard around the basketball world.

Yup. We play them in Terre Haute.

well up to #131 now, and no Big East yet....

seen though Penn St at #132 so #11 in Big Ten.
Also saw Fordham out of the A10 at #134. #8 in the A10.

Only 2 even semi-major conferences yet.

I'm having a hard time guessing. I'm assuming DePaul will not be ranked but I would have them ahead of quite a few of the mid/low major teams already listed. Similar story with Providence. I don't think either of those teams are better than Penn State or Illinois but I definitely think they are both better than Fordham, Texas Southern and Kent State (who was just posted as #126 today).

If I had to guess, I'd say St. John's somewhere right around #100 as the #8 Big East team.
