Creighton's women giving the men a lesson on how to get in position to steal a bid. They were the #7 seed but beat Villanova and Seton Hall(the 2 and 3 seeds) to advance to the title game. Next up- DePaul quite possibly.
looking at ESPN's women's bracketology, they have Nova as the 2nd team out, so if Creighton loses in the final, may have cost the BE a 4th team in the tourney.

ok DePaul's women's team decided apparently take a page out of the men's handbook and just DePaul all over themselves and got knocked out of the tourney in their home building.
Creighton actually beat St John's last weekend at St John's- so Creighton has a chance(they had gotten killed looks like vs DePaul both times)

I actually watched a women's basketball game that didn't involve Creighton and glad to see SJU win. Tomorrow niw is a real neutral court game and Creighton has a chance to be cinderella....

Women's bracketology:
http://espn.go.com/womens-college-basketball/bracketologyNot crazy about an 8/9 game, but better the Sioux Falls region than Bridgeport. Though to be honest, I fully expect the committee to send Seton Hall to an 8/9 game in Storrs, just like they did last year.
The positive side? Seton Hall looks like they're about to be the first NBE team to send both the men and women to the NCAA Tournament in the same year. Can't rule out the possibility of Villanova doing it too, as the 2nd time out in bracketology should still be very much under consideration by the committee.

I wonder what the women's Ken Pom ratings say

Here's another women's bracketology:
http://www.collegesportsmadness.com/womens-basketball/bracketologyBad news: This one has both Seton Hall and St. John's in 8/9 games
Good news: It's not sending either one to Storrs (meaning there's kind of almost a small sliver of a chance at the 2nd weekend).
