Two Big East mentions:
Butler vs. Cincinnati
Marquette vs. Wisconsin
http://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men ... ason-gamesEDIT: Maryland fan mentioned the exclusion of Georgetown vs. Maryland. No idea why that's not on here.

How odd that Butler-Cincinnati rather than Xavier-Cincinnati. The XU-UC game has a longer history, involves two teams that are more bitter rivals, and has been a staple of ESPN's "Rivalry week" for years. Perhaps NCAA news doesn't believe the Xavier-UC game will be as competitive as the Butler-UC game. After all, Xavier has largely owned UC for the last 20 years.

Nice cheap shot at Butler.

What about Georgetown - Syracuse? How is that not on the list?

How is Nova vs. Oklahoma or Nova vs. Virginia not listed. I call foul, and not just a ticky tack one either; listing neither one is borderline flagrant 2 territory.

You could make a list of 10 games that aren't on the list that are better....
not in order but-
1 Georgetown/Syracuse
2 Xavier/Cincy
3 Georgetown/Maryland
4 Villanova/Virginia
5 Villanova/Oklahoma
6 Kentucky/Duke
7 Indiana/Duke
8 Kansas/Michigan St
9 Arizona/Gonzaga
10 either Maryland or Michigan/UConn

Nice cheap shot at Butler.
Maybe you can explain how my post is a cheap shot against Butler. It wasn't, and I can't for the life of me why anyone would interpret my post in that way.

Not that it was on purpose, but there is some really simple logic here. According to you
Xavier > UC. Butler =~ UC. Therefore Xavier > Butler.

Really not that hard to figure out.
I don't believe that is what you intended either.
