and kinda the AAC.... 'In a way the major/mid-major boundary line for Division I in 2015 cuts right through the American. '

This makes sense to me. The demarcation line is somewhere in the AAC probably around someone like Temple.

Sounds about right. I would also put the line somewhere around Temple, but with their revenue, expenses, and basketball budget I'd be curious to see where they wind up in the next 5 years.

Yeah, I think Temple may fall off a bit, but I think someone will take their place(I'd say likely Houston- they have of course a great history, and a lot of $$$).
