One thing you can really tell is the big boys are getting a ton of attention...
Villanova 5 Fox ,1 CBS game- 6 total
Georgetown 4 Fox, 2 CBS- 6 total
Xavier 3 Fox
Butler 2 Fox, 1 CBS
Providence 2 Fox
St John's, Marquette, Seton Hall 1 game each
nothing for Creighton/DePaul
there is 1 or situation where either Marquette/Butler or Creighton/Xavier will get an extra Fox appearance.

so Nova and Georgetown get 6 games each. The other 8 schools get a total of 13 appearances combined.

We really got the shaft this year. Only three Saturday home games. THREE!

EDIT: FYI, we have six Saturday road games.

12 national Fox games and 2 CBS games are awesome for the conference.

Marquette has what stands out as a tough end of season schedule. Providence one of the easier ends.

I'm personally OK with this with MU having a young team. By the end of the year, they will hopefully have grown to the point where picking off one or two games they weren't supposed to win may be a possibility that otherwise would not have been afforded them in January.

true, but 3 of these at home meaning the road version already played earlier. Definitely though a risk/reward type of situation where wins could propel them into the tourney.

I'm glad FS1 was hearing me because there are seven instances, five within conference play, where FS1 will have Big East doubleheaders starting at 6:30pm ET instead of 7pm, ie. 6:30pm & 8:30pm instead of 7pm & 9pm.

Actually, it's 12 national Fox games and 3 CBS games as Georgetown @ UCONN will be on CBS on January 23rd.
