The AAC must be a much more respected conference than the Big East according to the bracket prognosticators! Eye opener for most on this board!!

Yeah the AAC is much more respected... Just ask Temple and Tulsa how "respected" the AAC is. What a joke.

CBS Teams Listing:
USF - 286
Tulane - 259
UCF - 257
ECU - 187
Houston - 150

Our worst team, CU = 127.

To put that in perspective, NJIT and Rider, two small commuter schools in NJ, are ranked higher than 45% of your conference.     I mean I could probably pick a team from student pick up games at most schools that could beat the bottom of that conference. What a complete and utter disgrace, to have teams like that in a basketball conference--even in a mid-major conference like yours. We're upset with teams like DePaul and SHU for under-performing and they are 140 spots higher than most of these teams.

So your beloved Bearcats have at least 8 conference games with absolute RPI poison. In other words just playing the game hurts you tremendously. And if you end up losing one of those games...uh-oh. So what's going to happens is if you don't beat the good teams on your schedule--you know like Butler & Xavier--then you are assured to go into Selection Sunday on the bubble b/c your conf schedule is so pathetic. And that's where we come back to Tulsa and Temple, 2014-15.

So what do you have to say about that "respect" that you thought you had?

Georgetown is ranked higher in this poll than Cincinnati but is receiving a lower seed in the projected bracket. The AAC must be a good league for that to happen! Or maybe the BE isn't so mighty anymore.

I don't mind having you on this board as a former league mate and all, but your time might be better spent here:

I think maybe what it is- the poll here is doing the rating of quality of teams- but the projected bracket reflects the schedule. Georgetown has a brutal schedule- Maryland, Wisconsin, Duke maybe, Syracuse, UConn, plus the Big East- while Cincy has GW/Tennessee, Butler, Xavier, VCU, Iowa St, and the AAC. Pretty big difference there.

Highlights of 2014-2015
1). 2 bid league (BE had 6)
2). 5 teams with an RPI of 200+ (BE had none)
3). 8th in Conference RPI (BE was 2nd BTW)
4). The entire conference won a single game in the NCAA tourney

Highlights of 2015-16 (so far)
1). Best team in the conference is on NCAA-mandated probation

You should be soooo proud.
