On the court this will hurt, but never knew what he'd do off the court. back and forth bet here and philly. I won't miss him.
It's very important to get Mussini here.

I know he's very talented but he seemed like a headcase on and off the court. As long as Lovett is eligible and Mussini commits like it sounds like he will, I don't think there will be a huge dropoff. Losing Chukwu hurt PC much more IMO.

Losing Rysheed would be a huge lose for this season. No question about it he would have been sju's best player and a legitimate star talent wise. Regardless I have faith in the staff going forward, with or without rysheed.

It may be for just the first semester and he could be back for the conference season. We will find out this week if he is ineligible. He still has summer to right his grades I imagine.

So Jordan is officially not coming back. I was never that impressed with him anyway, but you do want at least some experience on your team.

So unless this Mussini kid shows up, sounds like their starting PG will be freshman Marcus Lovett. Thank God Obekpa came back.

Bad grades, hard to go to class when you aren't even in the same city.....

4 star prospect, #83 on 247 composite....nice get. Now land Rowan and it would be a homerun class for Mullin.

Just to add, the other two recruits that Mullin is in on currently is Maverick Rowan, a SG who just reclassified to 2015 and whose dad played with Chris Mullin at SJU is #39 on 247 composite for 2016 and crystal ball has at 75% SJU (I know, probably kiss of death) and Georgios Papagiannis, a 7-1 euro center who is #88 on 247 composite for 2015 and is now is the favorite at 50% for SJU. If Mullin can land just one or both, that would be a game changer.

not saying anything bad about St John's- but I think it's interesting and a sign of the times all these players reclassifying. I think it's something like 9-10 guys doing just that now of the top players. I know Duke got one and Memphis got one, and there's been others that I just can't think of off the top of my head.
