That is funny with Stain. Like was said- he may have the least All-Star style game of anyone in a long time. After all, shouldn't he be going and playing at the YMCA I think Gus said all the time?

They were looking for guys who singlehandedly destroyed a program....well, one of them anyway.

What's the word in St. Louis about where it goes from here with Jim Crews?

You guys have a lot at stake, and certainly have a great deal of potential.

It doesn't appear as though the Big East is going to expand anytime soon, but it would be good to be firing on all cylinders for a while to demonstrate sustainable program success.

Two different words actually.

One group says to trust Crews, and the other is dead-set against him. I am totally against him at this point, and want him fired yesterday. Water finds its own level.

That said, there's very little to nothing at stake for Saint Louis these days. Jim Crews saw to that by winning 11 games against a down A-10 and putrid OOC. The "potential" that SLU had went with Rick Majerus. I enjoy basketball, but there is a less than zero chance the Big East considers Saint Louis.

What players from the conference will make it next yr?

The big east is never going to be a one and done focused conference. The goal should be to place as many guys in this all star game as possible.
