Some pretty hefty spreads relatively speaking... Providence/Georgetown should be close. Not sure if Marquette or Creighton can keep up on the road at two teams with strong homecourt advantages.

Home court advantage is always worth a few points tacked on to whatever the spread would be on a neutral court.
