Tuesday night there are 2 BE games:

7pm, St John's at #22 Butler, FS1.
9pm, Seton Hall at DePaul, FS1.

St John's with an opportunity for a great road win. Next 2 at home vs Creighton and DePaul.
Butler follows this game at home Saturday vs DePaul, then Villanova at home.
Seton Hall has 2 home games after leaving Chicago, vs Marquette and Georgetown.
DePaul has a tough stretch coming up, at Butler, at St John's, home to PC, then at Georgetown.

So SJU, Butler and Seton Hall have 2 home games following Tuesday's games.
DePaul has 2 road games.

Huge game for Seton Hall. Gotta have it to keep the momentum from the Xavier win last week. A win and pretty much need 1 win outside Marquette and Creighton the rest of the season(with those 2 games at home). Not quite saying this is to clinch a tourney spot- but you would think it would be close. Also huge to stay within 1 game in the loss column of 2nd place. for DePaul- a win here gets them a sweep of Seton Hall- and most conference wins overall since 2008(and 2nd most overall since joining the Big East).

St John's with a HUGE chance. With 3 left with Creighton, DePaul, and Marquette(also with 2/3 at home)- assuming they can sweep those 3 and get tomorrow vs Butler- all of a sudden that's 17 D1 wins and only needing 2 of Xavier, Georgetown, Seton Hall, Xavier, Georgetown, and Nova to get up to what feels like a magic 19 number. A loss here and they would need to get 3 of those 6, which could be tough. For Butler a win gets them into a tie for 2nd with Georgetown.

Seton Hall game tips off in Illinois in 9.5 hours. Seton Hall team is currently in New Jersey. This seems less than ideal.

Are you sure? Could have sworn I saw Whitehead post a picture from a hotel last night. Not to mention it's basically unheard of to not travel a day in advance of a road game.

Yep. They certainly intended to fly yesterday but no flights were getting into Chicago. As of noon still in New Jersey. I assume they've taken off by now. If not...well, that would be bad.

As someone who used to fly from Newark to Midway every other month let me say it's not a bad flight at all. Very quick flight and no worse than a bus trip from Jersey to DC.
