Really? I would say the exact opposite. Macura got hit in the face trying to grab a rebound on one play midway through the half.

And then Reynolds has a dumbass foul to end the half but DePaul is somehow awarded a technical foul.

That's called a dead ball foul especially if you wrap your arm around a guy and bring him down. When your team goes to the line a total of 17 times vs 3 on the other team. That's a big disparity.

The disparity is due to the face that the Blue Demons were shooting threes the entire half. You're not going to get many fouls called when you're lighting up open looks from behind the arc.

And so the refs call Ticky tack fouls to bring them back. DePaul will be in serious foul trouble around the 4 minute mark.
