Two games tonight on Tuesday...
7pm, Butler at #21 Seton Hall, FS1.
9pm, Georgetown at DePaul, FS1.
The kids have finished their homework, I'm a little under the weather, and it's 21 degrees out, so I'm gonna chill on the couch with a bunch of Ricola cough drops and enjoy a night of Big East hoops. A great way to make it through the long winter.!

Seton Hall looking good but man is Butler tough. Wouldn't be surprised to see this one go either way.

I don't know what happened with Seton Hall for those St. John's and Villanova games, but they've been a train wreck ever since. Even returning home tonight didn't help. Just pathetic basketball.

It took over 16 minutes for a Pirate not named Sterling Gibbs to make a 2nd half field goal...worst shooting day ever??

Willard should've fouled rather than trying for the stop. Scoring and getting it to 17 seconds sealed the deal.

Good win for you guys Butler. Congrats.
Seton Hall just didn't want this one enough. That's the only way you give up 18 offensive boards, by being lazy and getting outworked. And that's the reason they lost. Getting ranked was probably the worst thing that could have happened to this team- they weren't ready for it and they really just aren't that good. Maybe in a year or 2, but they're still a ways off.
The other disappointing part is that based on past history from SHU fans, the disappointment of this loss will likely be reflected in the crowds at the next few home games.
