Providence at Butler should be a war. I'm looking forward to Henton and Jones going at each other. Overall, whoever is hitting their 3's is probably winning this one, which gives Butler playing at home with Dunham the advantage. But you never know with 3's.

It'll be interesting to see Butler's crowd. First day of classes isn't until the 12th, so fewer students. Snow system moved through last night, which will create an even worse parking situation for tonight...plus it's a 9pm start on a school/work night. Oh yeah, and we're supposed to have blowing snow with a wind chill warning. I know I'm not going.

Add to that, Providence isn't really a sexy name around here, so that will hurt.

So they can drink all day.

Snow system moved through last night

So they're stuck inside drinking all day. Or getting drunk and playing snow football.

...plus it's a 9pm start on a school/work night.

More time to day drink, nap, and pregame.

I know I'm not going. Oh yeah, and we're supposed to have blowing snow with a wind chill warning. So, yeah.

WEEAAAK! Go big or go home.

Butler's women who are rushing will be back on campus starting today, but Butler's dorms don't open for the men until tomorrow. There'll still be plenty of Greek men who are already on campus getting ready for rush, though. Hopefully there will still be a decent student turnout tonight.

Providence is more sexy than all Horizon League schools. Big East Tourney Champs and L. Henton and I'm saying it as a HL season ticket holder.

So...for the "good of the conference" people, who do we want to win VU-SJU?

St. John's it keeps them in the polls. Nova will win enough games in conference. St. John's doesn't want another bad start to conference play.
