This is embarrassing. The top 25 ranking may have been the worst thing to happen to our young team. We are a mess right now and being exposed for our lack of perimeter shooting. Team has been playing comatose since since second half at Kentucky. I'm literally watching our season go up in a smoke right now with 2 horrible losses, this one just inexcusable. At this rate we're destined to finish in the bottom of the BE, never mind postseason.

I agree with gmoser, the Horizon/MCC was and still is a good conference and so is the MVC, MW, A10 and American. Don't get me wrong the Big East is a big step up for Butler, and we are thrilled to be part of an elite conference. I see no need to disparage other conferences. Also bear in mind, schools in the lesser conferences have a hard time getting the big boys to schedule them. and when they do, it is almost always on the big boy's home floor. Did you notice Green Bay beat Miami.
