One game only on Friday night... the 5th straight road game for us as a conference:

7pm, Providence at Boston College.

Conte Forum will be packed with Friar fans. This is the 3rd of 4 games for PC vs the ACC this season. Hopefully we can grab a win.

to me a crucial game for PC. A win here and PC should be worst case 11-2 entering conference play. A loss here and the Miami game becomes close to a must win(not to mention the RI and UMass games). Gives PC a lot more wiggle room if they can win this one.

The first of the original BE teams to turns its back on the league. They have sucked since. Pound them!

"From the 'I Like Fox Sports 1 and Dislike ESPN' Department, Part 2":

Tonight's game is at BC, so FS1 cannot carry it. ESPN has decided not to put it on ESPN-U or anywhere on cable. It's on ESPN-3, meaning I'll have to fire up my laptop. NESN (New England Sports Network (the Red Sox and Bruins' station)), which randomly televises ("subjects us poor New Englanders to") Wake Forest lacrosse games and Clemson field hockey, has decided to carry the Louisville-Florida International game tonight instead.

By the way, BC was the only team not included in the ACC-B1G Challenge. Instead, BC hosted 1-6 Marist mid-week, and drew 1700 fans to Conte Forum.

Also, as an example of how fantastic FS1 and FS2 are... our game vs Brown on Monday night will be nationally televised on FS1. So, ESPN/NESN can't provide an old-skool PC-BC rivalry in New England, but FS1 can provide our Brown game nationally.

I think FS1 has a job ready for you in their PR department.

:)
Or maybe I should advise NESN on what they should program...

PC not looking too hot tonight. They can still come back and win it but if they don't step up hopefully another team can step up in the next couple weeks.
