On Friday, we have 6 games featuring 7 Big East teams, across 9 hours.
Hoping for wins by "Butler/Hoyas", XU, PC, Creighton. St John's has a good shot, maybe a tossup. Marquette may have difficulties.

afternoon:
2pm, Butler vs Georgetown. (Atlantis).
3:30pm, Xavier vs UTEP. (Wooden).
4pm, Yale at Providence.
PC <--- without Dunn and Lindsey

night
7pm, #10 Gonzaga vs St John's. (MSG).
8:30pm, #23 Creighton vs Ole Miss. (Emerald, in Niceville, FL).
9pm, Marquette vs #20 Michigan State. (Atlantis).

thoughts:
Butler vs GU is considered non-conference. Nice to watch a game without pressure.

Xavier should continue rolling out in Fullerton vs Texas El Paso.

Providence will be playing without Kris Dunn and Jalen Lindsey, and Yale is a decent team, so I'm kinda nervous.

St John's is playing the red hot #10 Zags, but the Johnnies are at home, and I think they're just unstable enough and out-of-control enough to give Gonzaga problems. Just remember to guard that Wiltjer kid tight.

Edit: ---> I thought CU was at Ole Miss, but Creighton is playing Ole Miss in Florida, so their chances of taking this game improved even more. It would be nice to get another SEC win.

Marquette has a rough assignment Friday night vs Michigan State, might be asking a lot of MU... we're playng with house money on this game, low pressure.

Keep up the good work, and consider starting a novena on the Friars' ankles...!

The Creighton-Ole Miss game is in Niceville, Florida, not Oxford, MS. Creighton might end up having more fans since football is still on the minds of those in the south and the Egg Bowl is on Saturday.

Butler VS Gtown : What a waste, should be Butler vs Wisconsin
Yale vs Providence: Big game, a win ensures they are top 25
Xavier vs Utep: As most of their games, Xavier HAS to win
Johnnies vs Gonzaga: Biggest game of the day. An interesting one too, Zags are VERY skilled but they don't have Obepka. Will be watching this one.
Ole Miss v Creighton: Not sure what to think, but a loss pushes Creighton out of top 25
Marquette vs Mich St.: I don't know much about Mich St. This year, but if they are as usual, Marquette has no chance.

Problem with Providence getting into the top 25, they must shock the world Sunday at Kentucky.
