Long Beach State beat Kansas State.
Charlotte beat South Carolina.
Gardner-Webb beat Clemson.
Old Dominion beat LSU.
Hawaii beat Pitt.

Interesting results. No bad losses for the Big East so far. And Thursday night Cuse last to Cal at MSG.

Xavier who beat Long Beach State on Tuesday night, beat Kansas State. You would think Kansas State will be solid this season.

Pitt kicked their best player off the team and their 2nd best player is injured. They're in a lot of trouble in Maui (they played @ Hawaii to get acclimated to Maui)

Appy State beat Virginia Tech.
Wyoming beat Colorado. The Buffs scored only 9 points in the second half.
Rhode Island beat #21 Nebraska.
Rhody was the better team. Nebraska is undisciplined. No way should they have been at #21, crazy. Creighton may wipe the floor with them... not sure who'll be able to stop Brooks and Chatman... the Huskers will be at home, so who knows...?

kind of comparing this year to last right now....
this year 1 bad loss to Omaha. 2 losses total. 1 top 25 win 2 quality wins total
last year 1 bad loss to Northeastern. 7 losses total. 2 quality wins total(Xavier over Tennessee, Georgetown over Kansas St).
The following week was just awful for us.
Butler 2 losses, Creighton 2 losses, DePaul 2 losses, Marquette loss, Providence 2 losses, Seton Hall 1 bad loss to Fairleigh Dickinson. St John's 1 loss, Xavier 3 losses
So 14 losses in just 1 week(had 31 the entire OOC schedule!). We could get WAY ahead of our last year pace this upcoming week. This is when the rubber really hits the road.
