Jays ran the table at home last year never losing a game but this is obviously a different team. CU a 3.5 point underdog and playing without Avery Dingman due to injury. I don't have a great feeling about this one but stranger things have happened.

Jays are now a 3 point dog.
If we had a healthy Dingman, I think I'd probably take the Jays to win, simply because we don't lose at home, and he immediately improves our perimeter defense. But this is a tough ask for a group of new players, and Buddy Hield scares the crap out of me without Dingman guarding him.
My prediction:
OU: 83
Jays: 75

Good luck Blue Jays! Will be rooting and flipping back and forth between that and the johnnies who look to avoid a loss in a trap game versus LIU-Brooklyn.

I think the Blue Jays pull off the home upset! 74-69
BE leads all conferences with just 1 loss. Let's keep rolling!!

Oklahoma returns 4 guys from a team that lost in the first round to North Dakota State. Oklahoma beat no one ooc last year in a true road game, nevermind in an arena that will have 18k opposing fans. Not that they aren't good, but I think Creighton is just as good, especially at home. Creighton 81, Oklahoma 67.
I mean, wow, Buddy Hield hit 7 three pointers...?!!! Wow, and he did it against Southeast Louisiana...? Wow, the team that finished 10th in the Southland last year...? Gimme a break.

Jack I know you are rooting for the Big East but you got to give credit where its due. Oklahoma returns 4 and gets the Houston transfer eligible, people think they can be a FF team. You take a shot at how they finished and who they played. Didnt the Bluejays get blown out in the second round and play two teams so far who are ranked worst than SE Louisiana? That probably inflated their numbers a bit dont you think?
I want Creighton to win because it is good for the BIg East but I just dont think it will happen.

I think Oklahoma is a solid top 25 team but final 4? Not without a really good draw and some luck.
Anyway, for the game tonight I think Spangler will give Creighton issues. He was a beast last year against Big 12 competition. Hope the 3's fall for Creighton. I don't see the Jays winning, but that's why we play em.

Yeah, but Creighton isn't ranked 18th... and Creighton isn't getting props from beating their first 2 cupcakes. I guess I'm reacting to that. Seton Hall had Oklahoma beaten til the refs allowed muggings in the last 30 seconds. And they beat no one ooc beyond that. They played zero ooc road games last year. They beat no one ooc the previous year.
