Wow...I know it's an open gym with no college or NBA defenders, but he looks very good. He appears to have fixed the mechanics in his shot working with some experts.

Moe Harkless could not shoot well at all when he was a freshman here...he got help with NBA trainers and now he's nailing NBA 3's and he looks like a promising NBA player. Now seeing Jakarr look MUCH better only months after declaring, it shows me that the St. John's staff cannot develop players. It's like watching a different guy shooting the ball. He used to have that hitch to his shot that made him get lots of clankers and missed FT's. Now he looks like a pure shooter in the new vid. Wow.

He starts his shot from his waste. The best thing about Jakarr in this video is that it looks like hes put on some good weight.
