Wow. Something very fishy is going on. Lavin's players are running away.

We now have ZERO frontcourt...ZERO other than some guy named Jones who was redshirted and never seriously recruited by any other major schools.

This team will be lucky to make the CBI next year. Obekpa, Sampson, Hooper, Sanchez, Gift all gone. If you thought the team sucked this year just wait until next year. It's going to be one for the ages. If Lavin doesn't hit a grand slam on the 2015 class, he will be fired and this program will be back in the basement. Keep hearing rumors Lavin is about to be bought out now and sent packing.

Where's this coming from?

Told you a few days ago this was happening. The program is in big trouble. Lavin needs to go.

I'm not in the camp that thinks a strong St. John's is an absolute must for the Big East to succeed. But we can't have them be an absolute fiasco and that looks to be the way it's trending. Honestly anything that speeds up Lavin's departure might be a blessing.

Whoa! What is going on at St. Johns? Is Lavin really close to being bought out? I remember he brought great excitement and energy when he was hired.

saw Lavin on TV 2 weeks ago on FS1 analyzing the tourney. Wonder if that is going to become permanent now(he's actually pretty good on TV).

I'll give the Johnnies credit. When they go down, they go down in flames.

We'll see what ends up happening with transfers and such because there are an absolute ton of them out there, but if St. John's is going to buy out Lavin, they better do it quickly, because you don't want a situation like we had this last year at Butler when your coach is gone and you basically are at square one 3 months behind everyone else.

That sucks! you guys dont have anyone coming in next year either right? Any JC transfers? Didnt Lavin just get another 5 extension?
