Top 100 recruits per team

BE 1.4
Acc 1.2
Big10 1.0
Sec 1.0

For a mid-major, the BE did pretty well! :)

Completely agree. When you consider there only 10 teams in the BE, we have the highest percentage per team.

I will patiently wait for our good friend Stever to put his glass half empty spin on these numbers.....

Yes, how will he even try to pump up the AAC in this one?

"Let's wait til the 2018 class to see if this can be sustained... and frankly once Steve Masiello gets rolling at USF they will steal NYC recruits..."

my point is simple. The 2014 class was done somewhat pre-split, and totally pre-awful tv ratings for FS1.

The 2015 class is going to be a lot clearer in terms of the new reality. Right now, ESPN has top 60, and only 1 BE recruit so far- a guy for Marquette. 11 of the top 60 have committeed so far. Rivals has top 150, and we have 4, including the 1 for Marquette. (I say Marquette just because of the coaching change- any coaching change and the recruits could flip real easily). I don't know if that's a typical number at this point or not quite frankly.

The one other thing that hurts us is we're not getting a lot of the top tier players. I mean, right now in the top 20 we have 1 player for 2014.

Also, quite frankly, recruiting ratings a lot of times are a joke. You'll look at lists 4-5 years from now and just shake your head at the ratings.

I'd much rather be in the Big East's position right now recruiting wise than not, but it's not an absolute guarantee for sucess in the future.
