That article is full of numerous little inaccuracies. This like all the rest will be settled without a verdict... even if it is court mediated settlement like that of the Big East-WVU. Courts have NO interest in undoing contracts or allowing lawsuits forward that pits a state controlled university against others and television. No one truly wants to open their books or air out their dirty laundry.

I hope this goes through all the way, it will be quite entertaining if it does.

I would have thought so as well . . . Except that the author of the article is a lawyer. That gives him some credibility on the subject of what courts are interested in and what they're not interested in.

WVU
Baylor
Clemson
Miami
FSU
TCU
Iowa St
Kansas
KSU
*UConn
*Cincy
*-If they want to go to 18.

Oh Geez, he's a 'Cuse fan? Should have known from the "Le Moyne" handle. I actually had sympathy for him when he had to beg his wife to let him go to the Big East Tourney.

I think Clemson and Florida State have flirted with the Big 12 before. Are you thinking the Texas led schools go to the Pac-12?

Yeah, the Pac-16 will come to fruition. It's the only scenario where Texas and OU can keep some of their in state "rivals".
