St Louis has spit the bit by losing to The Bonnies, finishing off their season by losing 4 of their last 5. They are now unlikely to get a top 4 seed in a regional.

In other new, Florida State's season has ended with a loss to Virginia.

Lunardi had them already not as a top 4- he had them as a 6(#22).

One thing this does is make the St Joe's/Dayton winner either in the A10 final, or St Bonnie's in the A10 final.

With an RPI at 20 and a regular season conference championship, I assumed that the Billikens were jot taking their cue from Lunardi. I assumed that they were trying to assert themselves as conference champs, win the conference tournament, redeem themselves for the poor finish, and move up into a top 4 seed.

Foolish me. I should have just checked in with Lunardi. No point in actually playing the games. I'm sure that even the committee checks in with Lunardi before they make their decisions.

The silver lining for SLU is that there now is a chance they fall to a 7, 8 or 9 and get to play in St. Louis.

Just saw a video of a horrible non-call on Jordair Jett near the end of the game that gave the game to St. Bonnie. Even the announcers said it was an obvious foul, in fact they said he got fouled twice. Then I also saw a game ending no-call on the Dayton/St. Joe game. The St. Joe player gave a fierce forearm to a Dayton defender, sending him to the floor, but opening up the game winning three.

You can say Big Eastg officials are bad, but it looks like they are bad all over.

The Jett call at the end was tough to take. But shiznit happens. One week for Crews to get it right.

Played poorly again. Thankfully the NCAA tournament is a fresh start.
