Good luck tomorrow. Both on the game, and on getting a drink at the Hilton Bar. They still haven't figured out how to staff up pregame. I would try the Old Mattress Factory, but full disclosure, the owners are friends.

If you are staying at the Hilton and happen to be on the top floor, the bar in the executive lounge does a really nice job. However, I would agree that Mattress Factory would be better than the Hilton main lobby for drinks.
