What we know:
Villanova is the likely 1 seed and Creighton can do no worse than #2.
Xavier and Providence will be 3 and 4 (could reverse).
Either Maquette or St. John's will be #5. The other is probably #6.
Georgetown could move up to #6, but is more likely #7.
Seton Hall is 100% locked into #8.
DePaul and Butler will be #9 and #10 (or #10 and #9).

PC can't be the 5 seed any more. Marquette/St John's winner is the #5 seed.
