Here's an article from NYCBuckets.com that pegs one player per school as a break candidate:

"Sterling Gibbs (Seton Hall):...Seton Hall returns a talented core — Fuquan Edwin is a potential player of the year candidate, and Willard can lean on a better in-shape Eugene Teague and now-healthy Brandon Mobley – which will lessen Gibbs’ scoring responsibility and allow him to solely focus on playmaking..."

I disagree and actually think Mobley will be the Hall's breakout player, so watch out BE.

Definitely looking for Kam Woods to have a big year. He showed flashes of it in the second half of last season

PC- Kris Dunn
McD's All American point gaurd. Shoulder injury last year, kept him for summer/preseason training and practice. Missed beginning portion of season. No real chance to establish a role last year with BE all time leading assist man Vincent Council around.

6'-4" now, explosive, quick, athletic, good vision. Needs to work on perimeter game. Very comparable to Semaj of Xavier. He's a forgotten guy, rated the #1/2 pg coming out last year. Quite frankly no one is really talking about him, but they will be once the season starts. One of the reason's PC is a sleeper this year.

Kam Woods is going to have a big year, but we're going to expect a lot out of Kellen Dunham this year. We're going to need to lean on him in order for this team to win. Hopefully he can improve his ball handling and become a more versatile scorer rather than just an outstanding three point shooter.
