We've got two Big East teams in this extremely loaded tournament next season, the field was just released and its insane. Both Butler and Georgetown are in it since they committed to it before Butler joined the Big East. This tournament is going to be quite insane. The field includes: UNC, UCLA, Florida, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, UAB, Georgetown and Butler. Here's an ESPN article on it- http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketb ... ources-say

Do any other schools know what their 2014 MTE will be>?

Creighton is in the tournament in Connecticut Mohegan Sun, it has Notre Dame, Florida State and someone else. Ok tournament.

That was the plan. I think things have changed.

Here was Xavier's as of a few months ago:

2013: Battle 4 Atlantis, Bahamas

2014: Old Spice Classic, Florida

2015: Charleston Classic, South Carolina

2016: DirecTV Classic, California

2017: Nike Tournament, Oregon (16-team event honoring Nike co-founder Phil Knight’s 80th birthday)

2018: Maui Invitational, Maui

I'm sure this may change considering all of the conferences moves and shifting, though.

Yeah Butler was also going to take part in the Nike Tournament, sure some teams are going to get booted with the conference realignment.

Hmm yeah the Original BE participants were going to be Georgetown and Uconn so Uconn's BE spot is up for grabs, didn't realize Butler and Xavier were both going to be in it too. Shouldn't really be a problem. If I remember correctly it's actually 2 simultaneous tournaments of 8 teams each. Since several tournaments have or will have 2 teams from the same conference participate with the teams on the opposite sides of the bracket I think they'll be able to work it out.

Creighton is heading down to Florida, I believe Destin, to play Cincinnati, Mississippi and another school that I cannot remember.

Never heard of this tournament, Destin is better than Connecticut during fall/winter.
