Xavier has landed big man Sean O'Mara:

O'Mara also held offers from Illinois, Marquette, Iowa State, Saint Louis, DePaul, Boston College, Wake Forest and Georgia Tech among others. He took official visits to Wake Forest, Loyola and Xavier, with the Musketeers having the benefit of receiving the last visit. Even still it took three weeks before he pulled the trigger and committed to X.

X already had a Top 20 recruiting class before picking this commitment up.

They're powering-up things on Victory Parkway as X gets ready for the Big East.

Always wondered what happened to O'Mara. At one time he was getting a lot of attention on Marquette boards and then it seemed he was all but a lock for Boston College. Could be a very good pick up for X who is quietly putting together a very strong class.
