one worthless troll does not destroy the board. So don't give up the ship pirate. Hold the line.

That said fan2 go find some other school to back your trolling, leave SLU out of your dribble. There are a handful of decent friar fans on this board and i'm sure they don't want to be lumped into your inanity either.

We usually play about eight or nine games a season at the Garden. That usually includes two non-conference games. This season we play Fordham in the holiday festival (counts as a home game for us and part of the season tix package). This season will will definately play G'Town, Nova and Quette at the Garden (Marquette played us on campus the two seasons prior but we had 12,000 at the Garden for them last season so I would expect them to join G'Town and Nova as Garden locks going forward). I assume Seton Hall will be there then two or three of the rest of the conference. We have 18 home games in total this season so we will have about nine or ten at Carnesecca. We also have three games this season at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn which is not part of the season tix package but is three other local games. I am not sure how they will determine who plays at the Garden of the rest of the group. It won't be DePaul - they haven't played us in the Garden in years.

A troll and it wasn't me? :)
Big East Basketball is what it's always been. Great competition nightly.
If the Atlantic 10 didn't suck, why is everyone looking for the exits?
There is a reason why the A-10 left a team in the Central Time Zone...SLU, your move.

Admin....please!

Thanks Jays26! One of the things I love about this board is getting to know the fans of our new conference mates. The folks from Creighton, Xavier and Butler seem like great fans and knowledgeable about basketball. It will be fun and I'm looking forward to when Seton Hall hosts all of you. Should be some good times ahead!

Thanks for this insight I think that helps paint a better picture.

I love playing St. John's at the Garden! It's a very easy train ride for those coming from Seton Hall. While we can certainly make it out to Jamaica, going to the Garden is a no-brainier for Pirate fans!

Too bad seton Hal's attendance issues and lack of casual fan appeal have caused this game to be a queens staple.
