This is a type of game that can destroy the psyche of a team. Hopefully they show up against presumably horrible Virginia Tech team. If they lose to them, that will hurt the Big East.

SJ can do something even worse…if we lose to Monmouth or even keep them around all game. We came in shooting 17% from 3 and that's all we are shooting right now. Unreal. Lavin, are you even alive? Can someone smack him in the head? GET IN THE PAINT GET IN THE PAINT

GET

IN

THE

PAINT.

Do that and win by 30.

I expect them to come out fired up and looking for redemption tomorrow. Unfortunately, the way games are being called, that may mean the whole team fouls out by halftime. As far as Va Tech goes, it's still really early but they don't look terrible against Michigan State right now.

I'm still in shock. Seton Hall controlled the entire 2nd half and clearly looked to be the better team. Then in that last minute they gift wrapped it and gave it away. For about 38 minutes they really did play a pretty good game.

Sanchez had no one within 20 ft of him behind the arc all set up to shoot, and he hesitated and tried to pass and turned it over. Grow a pair of balls and take the shot.

I mean it was Oklahoma…always a quality program. SHU still should have won and choked, but no offense, SHU was not one of those teams expected to do a lot this year. Pack it up and come out hard next game. It's not like you just lost to NJIT.

And any other Big East team would be winning by 40 right now against Monmouth. We are winning by 1.

If we lose this game to Monmouth I refuse to watch this team for the rest of the season. That's a promise.

5/16 from 3 and we still won't stop chucking.

It's really almost as if there is some backdoor deal for us to lose. Monmouth is TERRIBLE. One of the worst teams in all division 1 and we can't get any separation with our team full of top 100's. Easily the toughest team to watch in the Big East. No question.
