Against Sonoma St, Yankuba Sima looked pretty good. 16 points, 16 rebounds, 8 blocks and only one turnover. He seems to have a pretty high ceiling. Mussini had a disappointing game however, 0-7 from the field, with 5 turnovers and only one assist. St. Johns should find out this week if Lovett will be eligible. It would be huge if he gets ok'd.

While it's not a D1 school, so few conclusions can be drawn, it was nice to see the offense come alive in the second half. Also nice to see the walk-ons get some playing time. It was fun to see all 3 Ellenson brothers on the floor together (for those who don't know, Wally and Henry have a brother named Ellwood who plays for Valley City State).

Just one additional note, attendance at this game was just over 11,000. If that is an indication of our season ticket base this year I would expect our attendance to once again wind up in the 13,000-14,000. Hope I'm wrong and we can put more butts in seats than that.
