There were a lot of question marks after the departure of cotton and that other dude that left. Can't think of his name at the moment, but he hit some big 3s against St. John's in the big east tournament game and was a good player.
Also, with Dunn being injured so much, no one knew what to expect.
On top of that, no one know Henton was going to be this dominant, I mean holy crap he looked like an all American out there today.
My top 3 right now would be Nova, providence, Xavier in that order. Creighton and Georgetown will be 4 and 5. St. John's, the hall, and butler will be 6-8 and I think Marquette and DePaul will be 9 and 10 this year. But a lot of things can change. And maybe I'm being to hard on MU, they did play ohio state tough. One bad loss doesn't determine the year.
We will have to wait and see how it all plays out.

He stayed on the court last game long enough to put up 20+ and 12 boards. Can you tell me the last Big man from St Johns to do that?
His weight is down from last season and he’s been playing about 25 minutes a game on a team that is currently ranked 15 in tempo. No reason to Bash the kid he’s playing fine.
What the F does SJU have to do with this conversation? Josh Smith has failed to live up to his expectations. One game against an early season OOC cupcake isn't an indication he's turned the corner. Has he ever played an entire season yet in his college career?
22 and 11 today…St John’s plays cupcakes also bruh. Still waiting for news of anything similar from any St Johns player this decade against any level of Competition.

Once again, WTF does SJU have to do with this. Why do you keep changing the subject? Also, personally I'd rather have Obekpa. Someone who is actually athletic and can run up and down the court.
