Only saw part of the game but Hoyas looked awesome and Nova looked uninterested almost from the start. If GU plays like that they'll make an NCAA run. Or they could play like they did against DePaul.

I'm very surprised that the students rushed the court, especially considering the outcome was never in doubt.

Yeah it was dumb. All of us in the alumni sections were screaming at them not to do it, but kids will be kids. Oh well.

Generational differences. Majority of those students weren't even born during the glory days of Patrick Ewing and Company.

Eh I'm only 27. I wasn't born yet either when we won it all.

Why not storm the court?

Monday night, 9 pm tip off. The place was rocking. Great time for those in attendance.
Facing a top 5 team that, as raf and brando said prior to the game, are the "standard bearers for the conference."
Georgetown has struggled a bit early, but their team has the pieces to be pretty good. They just won a big one on saturday and this win is a signature resume win that can propel a team from bubble status to solid position and they can start hunting for seeding instead of worrying about treading water.

Go ahead and storm, as far as I'm concerned!! Huge win, celebrate it.
