That's the biggest question mark and Cooley's biggest task at hand. PC anticipated having both Dunn and Austin this season (yeah, and people were still picking PC in the bottom half of the league this year) and if we had them both coming back I believe Austin would have picked up 8 MPG at PG next season.
Now we have a recovering Dunn and nobody else to run the point. Cooley is currently attempting to sign a PG. My guess is he would love a combo guard 5th year transfer who is eligible immediately, but that is tough to land. Cooley will definitely sign a PG this Spring. The problem is it will likely be an under-the-radar freshman at this point. We can only hope the kid has a good enough handle to play 8 MPG (and, more importantly, that Dunn is healthy).
This guy

I'm not saying the PG he signs will be a game changer or even a guy who would normally warrant a BE scholarship. But he absolutely has to sign one this spring. If he doesn't, it's a huge failure. Cooley passed on offering PG Tarin Smith (signed with Nebraska) which surprised me.

Why would you not fire this guy? The UCLA people warned St. John's and what they said would happen, has happened. Get rid of Lavin NOW! Again, the fact there are no 2014 recruits, it's not like you have to worry about anyone decommitting.

Holy hyperbole, Batman!
With all of the talent right in your backyard, I'd say that the SJU job is anything but "one of the toughest in all of college hoops."
