I wasn't happy about that either. In hindsight, Willard should've followed the lead of other coaches and told the league he only had 6 guys to get both of the games cancelled. Our resume would look a lot nicer right now with 2 less losses and we wouldn't be facing a Wednesday night BET game.

Well those games would have gotten made up I think. It was before the league just stopped caring and rescheduling games.
It's just strange how the league just stopped. I think some of it is that the league uses NBA/NHL arenas a lot- and so moving regular games around like Big Ten/Pac 12 did a lot harder.
