Playing it pretty fast and loose with "big day" aren't you? Previously, Oregon's best win was against mighty Ball State. Arizona has to win today to avoid an 0-3 showing in Atlantis, and don't forget the only reason SMU played Arizona in the loser's bracket was because SMU lost to MVC middler UNI the previous day. And when beating "Big 10 opponent" Nebraska is a "big day" for your conference, that's not a conference you want to be in.

Yeah if UCF beat them by less than 23 im not impressed.

Arizona loses by 25 to Purdue!?!?!?! Go 0-3 at Atlantis, from #2 to unranked? Maryland just lost to the Bonnies......

Arizona dropping out of top 25 would be first time since '86 that it would happen(Louisville)

Portland State beats Stanford by 9. Stanford had 28 TO's! PAC-12 is a dumpster fire.

Man the Big Ten is looking pathetic... The two up to date RPI sites I check have them at #7 and #8 (one spot below the AAC at RealTimeRPI). Behind the MVC in both.

Meanwhile, Big East is a very solid #3, easily ahead of #4 (ACC).

on Warren Nolan(which I think is the best one)- it's got Big Ten at #7.

Where it's going to hurt the Big East is the Big East has a lot of games vs Big Ten. Over 10% of the OOC games so far vs Big Ten.

Yep, that's why I'm rooting for them. Tough when teams like Wisconsin are doing so poorly. Gotta think they'll finish above #7. I can't see them being any lower than #6.

Also worth noting that we've only played some of the teams in the league, so teams like Nebraska and Wisconsin that we play against multiple times we need to root for during conference play as well.

The thing with the Big Ten is that they have the challenge with the ACC here- where KP has it 6-6 for remaining 12 games. But 2 of those 6 wins for Big Ten are in the 50-60 range. So could easily be 10-4 overall for ACC.

Also after the challenge- Big Ten will have had 102 OOC games played. They have 176 games scheduled. So they will be a good 58% of their OOC played after this week. If they go 4-10 they would be 73-29 in OOC play. They lost 43 OOC games all of last year. I see at least 17 tough OOC games left for the Big Ten. KP has them as dogs in 12 of those games.

tonight could be a night in the Big Ten that we've not seen in a long time....

5 games
Northwestern @ Ga Tech- KP has GT as a 56% favorite
Iowa @ Va Tech- KP has VT as a 73% favorite
Illinois @ Wake Forest- KP has WF as a 67% favorite
Florida St @ Rutgers- KP has FSU as a 65% favorite
Louisville @ Purdue- KP has Pur as a 70% favorite

0-5 for the Big Ten IMO is a very real possibility. Would it surprise anyone if Louisville beats Purdue? I sure don't think so. And the others I think the ACC probably wins easily.

SLU lost again last night to Western Michigan. Don't think anyone expected them to lose to Detroit and WMU after the VT win.

A10 now 39-40 and #11 in the RPI(behind the Sun Belt). 2 teams in the current RPI top 50. Definitely think the story of the year so far is the collapse of the A10. They have only 5 teams now with 2 losses. 4 of those 5 teams could easily lose their next game(3 are underdogs and the one that is a favorite is Rhode Island vs PC).
