Xavier losing to depaul has such a negative domino effect throughout.

then don't lose to DePaul. Same as Georgetown shouldn't have lost to XU.

About right for the 'Dawgs. You can't go from no votes to being ranked, so getting solid votes is the first step. Win two more this week and maybe we reappear.

It's about a week or two from paying closer attention to the NCAA RPI poll. I always use 40 as the cutoff. Today, 5 Big East teams are above the line. Georgetown is 41.

I might be wrong, but since the beginning of the newest incarnation of the Big East, haven't we had 8 of our 10 teams ranked at some point over the last year? Nova, G'Town, Seton Hall, Johnnies, Butler, Creighton, Providence and Marquette. I believe those 8 schools were ranked at least one week over the last year and a half.

I use the NCAA's RPI poll. They run their own numbers.

I really don't think Seton Hall, Butler, St. John's and Providence were ranked last year.

I really don't think you understand what the poster was saying.

Yeah, he did not get it. I am saying that since the beginning of the 2013-2014 season until today, covering approximately a season and a half. the following eight schools were ranked at some point during that period - Nova, Hall, Johnnies, Hoyas, Quette, Friars, Jays, and the Dogs. Only Xavier and DePaul have not been ranked as members of the reborn Big East. Has any other league had 80% of their league ranked during that period?
