This was the first Wichita regular season loss since losing at Creighton 90-81 on March 10, 2013.

Cal 78, Montana 76, 2OT. <--- at Cal.
Idaho 77, Washington State 71. <--- at Wazzou.
Texas Tech 46, Auburn 44. <--- at Texas Tech. Weird low scoring game.
Long Beach State 68, Nevada 57. <--- at Long Beach... the Beach isn't that bad...

also,
Lehigh 61, Saint Francis of PA 59. <--- important that Lehigh wins some games.

Yeah, that Wichita State win sucks, as it sure doesn't make Seton Hall's job any easier when they go into Kansas next Tuesday. At least Wichita State plays Saint Louis first so we're not their bounce back game, but still...I wanted a shot at snapping their winning streak.

I'm definitely not a supporter of the AAC, South Florida, or Detroit, but I don't really think it says a whole lot. Detroit is a decent mid-major team that has seen its share of success against power conference teams including a win over St. John's within the past few years. It's no shocker to me that they beat South Florida, who finished last in the AAC last season and definitely could again this season.
